To keep barbers on schedule for all our clients, we can only honor appointments with an eight (8) minute grace period of your start time. If we cannot seat you, you will be charged 50%. This policy helps ensure that the remainder of our guests are not affected by individual delays.

Please Arrive on Time

We understand plans can change, but we require you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with more than 2 hours notice, you will not be charged.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment will be charged 100%.

We reserve the right to cancel / reject any appointments for customers who do not show up for their scheduled appointment. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service booked.
